No card, and no limit on reading. The gate is on drafting runs, never on an approval that is already on the record.
Manage billing
The Agency plan is $19 per month, charged by Stripe. Change the card or cancel from the Stripe billing portal, linked in every receipt Stripe emails you. A cancellation runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
Nothing to manage until there is a subscription on the account.
Questions about billing and everything else
Does Approvalrail publish the post for me?
Not at launch. A release is recorded against the slot, with the approval attached, and the post goes out through whatever you already use. The rule we enforce is that nothing leaves the queue unapproved.
Does the client need an account?
No. The review link opens without a login. They read the post as it will appear, type their name, and approve or reject with a note.
What stops someone releasing a post nobody approved?
The action itself. Release checks the state on the server, not in the browser, so a rejected or pending row cannot be released even by someone who goes looking for the button.
What happens to a rejection?
The note is stored with the reviewer name and the timestamp, and shows on the queue row word for word. Edit the draft and send it again; both rounds stay in the ledger.
Where do the drafts come from?
You paste one long-form asset and choose the platforms. Each draft keeps a line back to the source asset title, so the client can see what it was cut from. Drafts are editable before anything is sent.
